Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the TunaSONGa music distribution, royalty, publishing-support and artist/label management platform.

1. About TunaSONGa
TunaSONGa provides digital music distribution, royalty reporting, catalogue management, artist and label CRM services, release submission workflows and related music-business services. Features may include DSP distribution, Skiza Tune applications, PAVRISK publishing workflows, contracts, KYC/verification, earnings statements and withdrawals.
2. Accounts and accurate information
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and current. Where verification is required, you must provide genuine information and documents requested by TunaSONGa. You must protect your login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
3. Music, metadata and rights
You must only submit music, artwork, metadata, names, recordings and other material that you own or are legally authorized to distribute or administer. You remain responsible for obtaining all required permissions from featured artists, producers, composers, performers, labels and other rightsholders.
Submitting a release authorizes TunaSONGa to process and deliver the release according to the selected service and applicable agreement. Incorrect or incomplete metadata may delay, reject or require correction of a submission.
4. Distribution and third-party platforms
TunaSONGa may deliver releases to digital stores, streaming services and other third-party platforms. Those platforms control their own availability, policies, editorial decisions, territories, content rules and reporting. TunaSONGa cannot guarantee acceptance, placement, playlisting, uninterrupted availability or a particular number of streams.
5. Royalty reporting and the TunaSONGa share
Royalty reports may be imported from external distribution/reporting systems and normalized inside TunaSONGa. TunaSONGa's standard royalty reporting rule is a 10% TunaSONGa share, with the remaining 90% attributed to the applicable artist/rightsholder unless a separate written agreement applicable to the account states otherwise.
Reports are subject to corrections, late reporting, reversals, adjustments and updated information from reporting sources. TunaSONGa may reprocess a report where an error is discovered.
6. Artist and label relationships
Where an artist is managed by a label within TunaSONGa, the platform may associate that artist's releases, applications, statements and publishing workflows with the label according to the applicable relationship and agreements. An artist may also use services independently where the service permits it.
7. PAVRISK and Skiza Tune
PAVRISK and Skiza Tune applications may require completion of an online form, digital signature, supporting documents and one or more audio files. Required fields and attachments must be completed before submission. Where a label manages an artist, the applicable publishing workflow may be submitted through the label and may require a contract.
Submission of an application does not itself guarantee approval, registration, publication or payment. The relevant rights organization, operator or service provider may apply its own review requirements.
8. Events and ticketing
TunaSONGa may allow eligible artists and labels to create events, publish event information and sell tickets through the platform. Event organizers are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue information, ticket categories, pricing, capacity, dates, terms and any restrictions that apply to attendees.
TunaSONGa may deduct a platform fee or percentage from ticket sales according to the event or platform configuration applicable at the time of sale. The applicable deduction is an administrative/platform charge and is separate from any taxes, payment-provider charges, refunds or other amounts that may apply. Event organizers remain responsible for fulfilling the event and resolving attendee issues relating to the event itself.
Ticket availability, payments, refunds, cancellations, event changes and entry are subject to the applicable event terms and the payment/ticketing workflow presented at purchase. TunaSONGa may restrict or suspend ticketing activity where there are security, fraud, rights, payment or policy concerns.
9. Digital signatures and contracts
Where TunaSONGa provides an electronic signing workflow, the information and signature submitted through the platform may be stored with the application record and made available to authorized administrators for processing and download. Users must review documents carefully before signing.
10. KYC and verification
Some services require identity, tax, business or other verification information. TunaSONGa may restrict distribution, publishing, reporting or withdrawals until required verification is completed.
11. Earnings and withdrawals
Displayed balances may be subject to reporting cycles, verification, minimum withdrawal requirements, corrections and applicable agreements. A withdrawal request is a request for payment, not a guarantee of immediate settlement. TunaSONGa may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal.
12. Prohibited activity
You must not use TunaSONGa to submit infringing, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, unlawful or unauthorized content; manipulate streams or reporting; impersonate another person or rightsholder; upload malware; or interfere with the platform's security or operation.
13. Suspension and removal
TunaSONGa may suspend or restrict an account, release, application or payment where there is a reasonable concern about rights, fraud, verification, policy violations, security, legal requirements or inaccurate information. Where appropriate, users may be given an opportunity to correct an issue.
14. Intellectual property
TunaSONGa's software, platform design, branding, trademarks, interface and original materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of your music or other intellectual property to TunaSONGa.
15. Changes to services and terms
TunaSONGa may improve, modify or discontinue features and may update these terms when necessary. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or another reasonable channel. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by applicable law.
